Kids Brown is a research-based educational system founded on proven concepts rolled into a revolutionary methodology of teaching English learners at the pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and early elementary levels. It is a comprehensive, multi-media, cross subject integrated presentation. Its unique use of MIMIO and computer technology allows teachers of English who are not native speakers to become more effective by providing online modeling opportunities for students. On line Video training provides teachers with daily lesson plans and an opportunity to preview and practice lessons. Monthly newsletters keep teachers and principals current on Kids Brown activities, educational ideas and other interesting classroom activities.

Kids Brown is an organic approach to kindergarten education. Students will experience integrated lessons that may include English, social studies, art, language arts, mathematics and science. Components of each unit are carefully developed so there is continuous reinforcement of target skills of the lesson. Using Kids Brown text books, work books, audio tapes and CD ROMs, students have ample occasion to review and reinforce newly gained skills. This can be done either in group, independently or at home.

Students have become accustomed to learning from television, computers and other visual media. Kids Brown takes advantage of this growing trend by using MIMIO and computer technology to project life size images on a large screen in the classroom. The teacher then works hand-in-hand with the computer generated images and learning activities. The program allows for small or large group instruction and provides opportunities for student participation including review, reinforcement, and enrichment. The program also allows for students to work at their desks to hone skills.

Kids Brown is a cost effective, highly flexible, expandable instructional system that is cutting edge in early childhood education. Kids Brown is being offered in Korea and will soon be launched in China with the cooperation of Nacel Asia and a major university in Beijing.

Global Student Network

Global Student Network (GSN) is a provider of Virtual Curriculum that delivers 21st century leading edge tools for the student that may be more successful outside of the “traditional” classroom. Through its use of interactive learning, rich multi-media presentations, and adaptations to different learning styles, the Global Virtual Curriculum is able to provide tools that enrich and enhance student learning.

GSN is a standards based curriculum that was developed by a leading United States public school district and is deeply rooted in the National Academic Content Standards. GSN operates in 46 states, 11 countries and is currently being used in over 200 school districts. The program offers complete web-based curriculum for grades 2-12.

GSN’s unique and comprehensive learning platform emphasizes the collaborative relationship between parent, student, teacher and school in creating the optimal learning process and environment.
