| INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE SCHOOL PROGRAM
The International Private School Program (IPSP) began in the year 2000 with the goal of providing international students the opportunity to attend private high schools in the United States. The program was a spin-off of Nacel Open Door’s Academic Year Program and focused on the former Korean Academic Year participants who wished to return to the United States to continue their education.
Since this time, the program has grown gained trememdous popularity. The IPSP works with over 100 private schools across the United States and has over 450 students enrolled. We have an extensive interviewing, testing, screening, and selection process. The students selected for our program are academically high achieving, college-bound students.
The IPSP is an opportunity for schools to welcome well qualified international students to their campus. Through partnership with Nacel Open Door, schools are able to create an international community for their students and surrounding community,
while adding diversity and fostering understanding.
Our students are interested in continuing their education at high quality private schools in the United States. Through a combination of their own unique abilities and the education our partner schools have provided, recent IPSP students have been accepted to the following Colleges and Universities:
