Please follow the simple steps below to become a Nacel Open Door Local Representative or Area Coordinator.

STEP 1 – DOWNLOAD A REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATION FORM

STEP 2 – DOWNLOAD A BACKGROUND PERMISSION FORM

Under U.S. Law we need each person with direct contact with students to sign a criminal background check form so that we can comply with the screenings law and protect the people who work with us.

STEP 3 – FAX THESE FORMS TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE

As soon as you have the forms completed, please fax them to our National Office at 651-686-9601.

STEP 4 – WE WILL SEND YOU A CONTRACT TO REVIEW

Upon receipt of your paperwork, we'll call you to discuss this opportunity with you and then send you a contract for you to review and sign.
