ESL for Small Groups

ESL for Small Groups offers structured language learning in an intimate environment where teachers have the ability to individualize curriculum for each student, due to the small group size. Additionally, these programs offer excursions and activities. During the week, lessons are in the morning and activities in the afternoon, while evenings and weekends are spent with the host family.

Activities generally include local places of interest, municipal buildings, courthouses, newspapers, TV and radio stations, high schools, local colleges, libraries, etc. Full-day excursions are made to major sites in the area of choice, i.e. a theme park, a city tour, and/or a specific place of interest. We do incorporate full-day excursions (generally one per week). All program locations include the same kinds of activities and excursions, but vary based on actual location (i.e. Disneyland in California vs. Valleyfair in Minnesota).
