We are particularly attuned to the challenges of living in a new country, with a host family, combined with the demands of the American school system.

Tutoring
We offer one-on-one tutoring for a variety of subjects, with a focus on language development. All services are offered through Tutorbird, an online learning app, with NacelEd certified instructors. You can choose a single session, or you can save by purchasing multiple tutoring sessions at one time. Student will each be given access to video recordings of their sessions, as well as learning materials and assignments.
Tutoring Sessions Start at: $45.00/session
NacelEd Prep-Course
NacelEd Prep-Course is a comprehensive program tailored to provide you with the tools essential for navigating the challenges and seizing the opportunities that come with international exchange experience. This course includes 40 hours of English language tutoring, study skills enhancement, and academic and college preparation skills. NacelEd will help you get the most out of your experience, prepare you for next steps, and teach cultural sensitivity skills to help you foster a deeper connection with your host family, friends, school and local community.
Individual sessions start at $1,700/ course, Group sessions start at $700 per course.
Academic Readiness Semiar Series
Refresh your English language skills and reinforce the study skills needed to succeed in the American school system. During the Academic Readiness Seminar also practice English language skills to help you gain confidence interacting in host families and schools.

How does NacelEd work?
We specialize in online tutoring and paper review. Unlike other online tutoring services, all NacelEd tutors are certified and have experience working with English Language Learners specifically. In most cases our tutors have lived abroad, so they are better able to relate to the unique challenges international exchange students experience.
What can I get help with?
Our tutors specialize in English language comprehension and communication. However, if you have a specific need that extends into other academic areas, please contact us to discuss.
What is the advantage of choosing NacelEd over other virtual learning platforms?
We are an active member of the school communities in which we serve and our team works closely with each student, their partner or parents, and the school they’re attending to ensure progress is being made. The NacelEd team will work directly with your school to obtain resources if necessary. The NacelEd tutors have oversight of all tutoring sessions that take place and includes access to video recordings, lesson reports, and more.
How do I get a tutor?
Once you have created an account and purchased a tutoring session, go to booking and select the tutor whose availability aligns best with yours.
Will my tutor just give me answers or write my papers?
No, our goal is to help you be the best you can be. Our tutors will support you as you discover the right answers on your own.
When is it available?
Our tutors identify their availability in the booking calendar. You can simply find the date and time that is right for you. Having trouble finding a time that works best for you? Contact us and we will assist you.
Can I work with the same tutor?
Yes, you can. Similarly, if you need to change tutors for whatever reason, you can do so as well
Can I review my previous sessions?
Yes, simply contact us and we will provide you with a recording.
What if my tutor cannot help me?
If you have a session you’re not completely happy with, you can request a credit. We will review the session and if it doesn’t meet our standards for a quality session, we will credit your account.
